I have added some methods to get you started. They are split into three different levels (depending on your motivation), as well as some 30-day challenges to embark on your journey. This is just a basic guide; feel free to do it however you like. These activities are based on ‘The Small Things’, so be sure to check that section out first.
The prompts here range from 5-second tasks to 20-minute tasks. The trick to success here is a slow integration of your practice. However, if you feel you can go further, go for it! There are no limits on your growth!
